The transformation began at home: I homeschooled 2 children for 12 years and my oldest was accepted into 27 schools. I received my undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, then I went to Le Cordon Bleu and graduated at the top of my class. I proceeded to obtain a master's in Education, while I ran a profitable boutique bakery. Since the pandemic I have completed certifications at Cornell and Standford in entrepreneurship and nutrition, respectively). My second master's program focused on Transformational Leadership & Coaching, I then started a Doctorate in Mind-Body Medicine. I've written a Textbook and published 4 other books with 3 on the way. I am a DREAMER, BELIEVER, and HOPE DEALER. I'm unapologetic about my uniqueness, which helps me bring out the BEST in you.

  • What makes this program different?

    My approach to coaching is focused on your overall transformation. I incorporate trainings in social-emotional intelligence, positive intelligence, financial planning and management, healing your inner child, raging teen and rebellious adult years. I believe ALL of you, every experience and every thing you've ever done, makes you qualified to serve others in your own special way. This program relies on radical authenticity with a requirement that you are willing to show up for yourself and your cohort members with a GROWTH mindset.

  • What if I miss a live session?

    We will record each session and send out a follow-up email each week.

  • What happens if I need 1:1 coaching?

    Every new member registered before midnight 10-2-2024 will receive 2 complimentary one-on-one calls with Coach Chef Kim.

  • I've tried other programs, how do I know this will work?

    Your success in this program is YOURS. The people that do well, are committed to learning, growing, and healing (even when it hurts). Our community of entrepreneurial leaders will support you and uplift you, but YOU have to do the work.

  • What is the weekly time commitment?

    We have a 90-minute weekly live coaching call. There is a course that accompanies the group coaching which is self-paced and includes a variety of modalities such as meditations, movies, and pre-recorded content that may take you up to 5-7 hours a week.

  • Is there anyone NOT recommended for this program?

    I believe in the power of positivity, growth, and mindfulness, which means my coaching is best suited for those who are ready to embrace a mindset of possibility and abundance. If you're not quite ready to shift your perspective, welcome mindfulness and movement into your daily routine, or dream bigger than you ever have before, then this might not be the right fit for you at this time.
